Pre-Nursery /Play Group
This program is designed for children between 2 to 3 years of age. Our curriculum is based in the belief that children learn best through active and engaging sensory experiences. We focus on a toddler’s growth, self-esteem, and natural curiosity.
We encourage children to develop unique skills, interests, and strengths by introducing them to various activities that include puppet shows, cartoon shows, sand play, coloring, scribbling, etc. We also have activities like fancy dress, field trips, and festival celebrations and encourage our children to actively participate in these programmes.
At Eklavya Public School (EPS), toddlers develop a variety of skills that are integrated through music, art, table toys, movement games, puzzles, and books. A predictable yet responsive daily schedule meets the needs of children with both structure and flexibility.
Although teachers attend to the individual needs, the group or whole class experience is a very important aspect of our program. By continuously listening, talking and describing actions to our children, we help enhance vocabulary, expand expressive language skills, develop self – esteem, and increase awareness.
Our Focus
Nursery
This program aims at kids aged from 3 years Completed. Initially this program contains pattern writing that helps the child improve their hand- eye coordination. We begin with teaching the child to hold the pencil and draw these patterns and end with teaching the child to write A-Z letters and 1-10 numbers, along with shapes and crafts.
Teachers facilitate opportunities for children to engage in reading, writing, listening, and speaking using poems, finger plays, puppets, singing, and rhyming. Children are encouraged to collaborate their learning through collaborative activities in the areas of dramatics, science, and arts.
Apart from this, we also have dance, yoga sessions that cater to the physical and mental needs of the child. Many opportunities are provided to increase a child’s ability to communicate by developing active listening and expressive language skills.

LKG /Junior Kg
The emphasis is given to prepare the child for formal schooling by involving them in activities which are suitable for their age. Children at this age are developing physically, cognitively, socially, and emotionally. Our skill-based kindergarten program includes reading, English Language, Maths, Environmental Studies, General Knowledge, Letters to Numbers, Everything is taught in an entertaining way to make the way ahead easier for the kids.
We celebrate various events in order to build social and cultural values in our kids. We encourage continuous language development through letter and sound recognition, writing activities, reading stories, singing nursery rhymes, and finger plays. Children have the opportunity to practice writing their names, letter strings, words, and short sentences. They play alphabet games and dictate original stories. They are encouraged to learn through hands-on discoveries in each classroom.

UKG / Senior Kg
Kindergarten is a special time in a child’s life. Children at this age are developing physically, cognitively, socially, and emotionally. Our skill-based kindergarden program includes reading, English Language, Maths, Environmental Studies, General Knowledge, etc. The program helps children to develop all of these skills in a warm, nurturing environment.
